Kitchen Lane celebrates good food, favorite memories, and family
and friends: My childhood recollections are of a homespun farmhouse
kitchen with simple printed cotton curtains at the window and
my calico cat Peaches asleep on a chair. Of making (and eating!)
fudge with my brother on chilly Sunday afternoons. Of enjoying
the fresh garden produce my family raised and served with pride.
Of summer foraging with friends along fence rows for raspberries
and blackberries and eating fresh berry cobbler for evening dessert.
And of the many other good times that make the kitchen the heart
of the home.
